Baking With Mom!

Time to bake Daddy a cake. I love my apron, I look so cute in it my mom puts it on me all the time. I love to help bake...mixing is my favorite-what no, licking the beaters is my favorite. Yummy!

HOW WE MET

Ben and I found each other in the small town of Galway, Ireland. We both had traveled there with friends and ended up getting jobs and staying for awhile. We met at a pub called the Skeffington Arms and 5 months later he was moving out to California from his home town in Illinois to live with me and work as a greens keeper at Pebble Beach. In June of 2007 we got married! The wedding was incredible with all our close friends surrounding us. Currently, we live in Southern California with my Grandma, our son, Zackary Padraig (Irish for Patrick) born September 2008, our daughter, Emeline Carolena born January 2011. Ben is a gold course superintendent. I am a registered veterinarian technician (animal RN) at a emergency, critical care hospital.
We love spending time with our kids and feel very lucky to have found each other.
